The Company entered into an agreement with Xining Economic & Technology Development Zone Administration Committee to invest and establish a monocrystalline silicon solar ingot production plant in Qinghai Province.  The Qinghai plant has equipped with 192 monocrystalline ingot pullers, and the annual capacity is approximately 400MW.
