Entered into an agreement with the Xining Economic & Technology Development Zone Administration Committee to acquire 51% interest in Qinghai Chenguang New Energy Co., Ltd. (“Qinghai Chenguang”), whereby the Company jointly invest and establish a new plant equipped with 200MW monocrystalline silicon ingots.
