Mr. Chow Yiu Ming, Jason
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Mr. Chow holds a bachelor's degree of business administration from the University of Hong Kong, and he is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Chow has joined the Company as its financial director on 1 September 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Chow was the chief financial officer, qualified accountant and joint company secretary of an H-share listed company in Hong Kong. Mr. Chow has over 12 years of experience in auditing, finance and accounting.
Mr. Ming Kuan Su
Global Marketing and International Sales Director
Mr. Su obtained an Executive MBA Degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, an MSChE from Kentucky University, and a BSChE from National Taiwan University. Currently he has been appointed as President and Director of the Board of Shanghai JingJi Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. Prior to joining the organization, he was once appointed as General Manager for Global Digital TV Business Group, ViewSonic Corp., Vice President for Ambit Corporation, a company of Acer Group, General Manager for Business Development, Investment M & A of Cisco Great China, Senior Manager for Asia Market Development of DEC. He also acquired two patents both in US and UK.
Ms. Zhao Xiuzhen
Director of Production of Jinzhou Yangguang Energy
Ms. Zhao joined the Group in January 2005. She graduated from Jinzhou Communist Party School in Administration and Management. Prior to joining the organization, she was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Jinzhou Hualian Shopping Centre.
Mr. Wang Chunwei
Chief Financial Officer of Jinzhou Plant and Chief Financial Officer of the Shanghai Plant
Mr. Wang joined the Group in January 2007. He obtained a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New Jersey (Rutgers). He is a certified Public Accountant in Maryland, U.S.A. He was a Special Assistant to President & Deputy Spokesman of The Office of General Manager of Wafer Works Corp., the Spokesman and Chief Financial Officer of Panram International Corp., and an Assistant Manager of capital markets department of Grand Cathy Securities Corp.
Mr. Joe Chou
Director of Quality Assurance Dept. of Jinzhou Yangguang Energy
Mr. Chou joined the Group in February 2009. He obtained a B.C.E from Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, a MBA from City University of Seattle, and a Senior Manager EMBA from University of Taiwan. Prior to joining the Group, he was appointed as Director of QA Dept. of Wafer Works, an Engineering Director in Fortuna Technologies INC., and a Quality Control Manager of Mosel Vitelic INC/ProMOS.
Mr. Zhang Yaowen
Director of Production of Jinzhou Yangguang Energy
Mr. Zhang joined the Group in May 2003. He graduated from Jinzhou Communist Party School in Economic and Management. Prior to joining the Group, he worked in the Supplies Division of Jinzhou Xinhua Quartz Glass (Group) Co., Limited as the Division Head.
Mr. Chen Limin
Technical Director of Jinzhou Yangguang Energy
Mr. Chen joined the Group in December 2000. He graduated from the Ore Mining Faculty of the Sichuan College of Construction Material Prior to joining the Group, he worked with Xinhua Shixi Glass (Group) Co., Ltd.
Dr. Chen Wei
Special Assistant to the President, Overseas Sales Representative
Dr. Chen joined the Group in July 2006. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Management at Wuhan University of Technology in 2005. Prior to joining the organization, she was appointed Vice-President of Xi'an International Trade Promotion Co. Ltd. and the Vice-President of International Transport Division of Shaanxi Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corp.
Ms. Li Xuexin
Division Head of Audit and Legal Affairs of the Jinzhou Yangguang Energy
Ms. Lin joined the Group in March 2007. She joined the Group in March 2007. She graduated from the Faculty of Financial Management, the Liaoning Party School in Financial Management. Prior to joining the Group, she was the Vice General Manager of Jinzhou Shengda Tanjiu Co., Ltd. and the Vice General of Jinzhou City Metal Materials Co., Ltd.
